Rabayà, on the southern fringe of the village, has the ambience of dining at a private home. The signature veal shoulder in Barbaresco works better in its antique-furnished dining room in front of a roaring fire, but its terrace set high above the vineyards is perfect for a summer evening, even if it's just for a plate of cheese.
A truffle menu also makes an appearance in autumn. Rabayà is located about 750m south of Barbaresco's main street (Via Torino).
