El Vecino

Tel Aviv

This excellent wine bar has a fab location on the edge of Park HaYarkon, and drinkers sit outside under trees or inside on long tables. Besides some great cocktails, it also serves locally brewed beer and shots of whisky in edible chocolate cups. The food is delicious (try the quinoa salad or fried portobello mushrooms). There’s live jazz on Mondays.
