Dizengoff Avenue Hotel

Tel Aviv

This pretty, urban hotel is bang in the middle of Dizengoff, one of the main shopping streets, but you’d be forgiven for missing it. A simple doorway with a side entrance leads to this understated boutique hotel that’s slightly cheaper than its counterparts. Nice touches include free ice blocks at reception and a happy hour with Israeli wine for guests.

Rooms include coffee machines, kitchenettes and TVs. Each room features black-and-white photographs paying tribute to a Tel Aviv sight, so you’ll find the Port Room (named after the Old Port) and the Rothschild Room (after the famous boulevard).
