Bat Galim Hotel

Nestled in a snoozy residential part of northern Haifa, close to Bat Galim beach, is this immensely restful boutique hotel. The marine colour scheme, orthopaedic mattresses and in-room herbal teas lull guests to sleep, and a breakfast spread of poppy-seed yoghurt and fresh pastries awaits in the morning. Staff couldn't be friendlier.
