Bushmills Inn

Set in the old 17th-century stables of the Bushmills Inn, this haven has intimate wooden booths and blazing fires, and uses fresh local produce in dishes like Greencastle cod, Laney Valley lamb and traditional Dalriada Cullen skink (wood-smoked haddock poached in cream, with poached eggs and new potatoes).
