This elegant restaurant is a Greystones favourite. Daytime dishes include beef-brisket baps, felafel wraps, grilled-chicken salads and corn fritters with crispy bacon; dinner is a more gourmet affair that might feature lemon sole with pear and parsnip gratin, roast duck with spiced red cabbage or fish tacos with kimchi and gochujang (red chilli paste).
