Casey's Hotel

Beara Peninsula

Old-fashioned Casey's has been welcoming guests since 1884 (Eamon de Valera stayed here). The 19 rooms have been modernised a bit but are still small. It's got stacks of atmosphere, and the vast terrace is a treat. The bar serves classics such as beef and Guinness pie; the restaurant ups the ante with posh seafood and steak dishes.
