Tooba Boutique Hotel

As long as you're not expecting a boutique hotel in the Western sense, you won't be disappointed by the Tooba. It's a pleasant addition to north Tehran's range of apartment hotels, although only the one- and two-bedroom apartments have working kitchens. Good facilities include a roof-top restaurant, a sauna, a jacuzzi pool and a gym.
