This hotel looks as though it should be better than it is with half the 35 rooms sporting balconies overlooking the Si-o-Seh Pol and offering satellite TV. Unfortunately, little investment has been made in what would once have been a great midrange option and now this tired old workhorse can really only be recommended if other options are full.
