For sheer get-away-from-it-all bliss the Oberoi simply excels. The hotel's core is a triple-level pool, which leads the eye to a lovely private beach. Indonesian rajah-style luxury is the look: sunken marble bathtubs, teak floors, antique furniture and oriental rugs.
