The closest thing Pemuteran has to a party bar, Joe's has a dash of vintage style. Enjoy a seafood meal sitting around an old boat in the open-air dining room. Later, listen to diving tales great and small at the genial bar. It's in the middle of the main strip. A sign reads: 'Drinker of the month wins a bottle of whiskey'.
