If you get stuck on Balai, Losmen Putri is arguably the island's best accommodation. Go for the cheapest rooms with shared bathrooms or splurge on one with a bucket shower and air-con. To get here, turn west from Homestay Lae Kombih and walk for five minutes through the friendly village.
