Mutiara Guesthouse

A guesthouse with a colonial homestay feel, Mutiara is owned by the same team who run the more upmarket Cilu Bintang. There's no hot water but rooms are cosy, the vibe is friendly and the front garden is a wonderful spot for an afternoon siesta, or to watch the resident cuscus, a tree-dwelling marsupial, raiding the cinnamon tree at night.
