Kunga

Darjeeling

Kunga is a cosy little wood-panelled place run by a friendly Tibetan family, strong on noodles and momos (Tibetan dumplings), and with excellent shabhaley (Tibetan pies), juice, and fruit and muesli with curd. It's always busy and the clientele includes locals, a mark of its culinary authenticity.
