Revolver

Darjeeling

This Beatles-themed hotel certainly makes a change from standard hill-station hotel style. It's full of Fab Four memorabilia and the five small but stylish rooms are each named after one of the group (plus Brian Epstein). The downstairs restaurant serves good fresh-ground local coffee and interesting local, Naga and Thai set meals (from ₹150), and there's free filtered water too.

The entrance from the street is just before the Union Church as you come from town.
