This friendly Tibetan-run place on the edge of the bazaar has pleasant wood-skirted rooms with clean bathrooms. Upper-floor rooms are best; those at the back have great valley views. The excellent-value ground-floor restaurant (mains ₹120 to ₹180) is spacious and civilised, with Indian, Tibetan and Chinese food and alcoholic drinks available.
