A one-man show run by Eshu who cooks up nightly communal feasts of vegetarian and vegan dishes, all freshly made using local and seasonal ingredients. It's an all-you-can-eat affair with an assortment of healthy Indian dishes, tasty salads and a few international options. It's on the rooftop of Hotel Surya, a short stroll from Lakshman Jhula.
