Sri Vignesh Guest House

Kodaikanal (Kodai)

Up a steep driveway, surrounded by neat flowery gardens with a swing, this simple but characterful Raj-era home is run by the kindly and interesting Uma and Krishnan, who spent years in Africa for Krishnan's work as a humanitarian doctor. Rooms are clean and very basic; you have to schedule hot water as needed.
