About 1km south of Ajmer Gate, this former residence of the thakur (nobleman) of Diggi is surrounded by vast, tree-shaded lawns and is refreshingly peaceful. All rooms are spacious with large bathrooms – you don't get significantly more luxury or room size for choosing a more expensive suite. It's a bit faded and well worn but genuinely friendly.
Organic produce from the hotel’s own gardens and farms are used in the restaurant. It is also the venue for the Jaipur Literature Festival.
