Ghazal

A Chandigarh stalwart and still going strong, Ghazal has a dignified air and a fine menu of Mughlai classics including chicken and mutton, plus some well-prepared Continental and Chinese dishes. The vegetable jalfrezi (₹325) is a fiery sensation. At the back of the restaurant, a suited bartender guards a long line of imported single malts (₹435) and beers (from ₹155).
