Moti Mahal Delux

Flavours pop on anything coming out of the tandoor at this jazzy nonveg Delhi transplant. It works magic with northwest frontier cuisine, especially the chicken tikka biryani, mutton rogan josh, and the green-coloured murg hariyali tikka (tandoor-baked chicken marinated in spices, yoghurt and herbs, such as coriander and mint). It’s next to the bus stand.
