Quarterdeck

Panaji

The riverside location on the banks of the Mandovi is the main redeeming feature of this open-air garden restaurant and bar near the Betim Ferry dock. Drinks (and food) are overpriced, but it’s a nice place to enjoy a sundowner and watch the casino boats light up.
