TECS

Sikkim

This cooperative consists of 10 homestays, available on a rotating basis to ensure that the benefits of tourism reach more families in the five widely spread hamlets that comprise Tingvong. All are authentic local homes, unapologetically basic and in a couple of cases rather austere but some with wonderful views. Contact organiser OT Lepcha for details, help with treks and excursions, and to organise pick ups from the end of the pedestrian suspension bridge that is Tingvong's access point.
