This is rather like a Bollywood take on Punjabi highway cuisine, with bright 'highway' decor, including half a Tata truck on the wall. Food highlights are delicious dhal, balti (curry cooked in a small dish called a kadhai) and kulfi (frozen milk dessert with pistachio, almond and cardamom).
