In the British Council is this most serene, light-filled cafe, hung with Brit art from their collection. You can sip tea and coffee and nibble on healthy-looking cakes, salads and pasta against the backdrop of a few Damian Hirsts. You need to show your passport and register your mobile phone number to get past security at the main gate.
