Nepali-run Sela is the valley's best standalone restaurant, with satisfying fried rice, momos (Tibetan dumplings), thukpa (noodle soup), chow mein, omelettes and egg bhujia (eggs scrambled with chilli, onion and tomato) in a good clean environment. Head to the upstairs section, which is brighter and more spacious than downstairs.
