Located in a converted villa, this is one of west Hyderabad's most popular cafes. Banjara Hills' bright young things flock here for the Western food: salads (try the grilled chicken), bruschettas, burgers, pasta dishes and sandwiches. As the name indicates, Roastery is also famous for its coffee, including nitro cold brew, French press and hot black options.
