East Iceland

Multilingual Marlín (Belgian, but resident in Iceland for more than 20 years) is a warm host at this expanding spot. The primary house has en-suite rooms and a breakfast (2000kr) area; a large second house down the street has simple rooms, a barbecue and a sauna. Nearby on Austurvegur, a newly converted furniture store (!) has 12 four-bed rooms with private bathroom.

Kitchen access is available at all properties. HI members get a discount of 700kr.
