Full credit to the family – and the designers – behind the restoration of this old dairy factory north of town. There are 17 modern, hotel-standard rooms here, including two with disabled access. The prize allotments are the six spacious mezzanine suites that sleep four – good for families or friends, although they don't have kitchens.
