Adventure Hotel Vatnajökull

Formerly known as Hof 1 Hotel but now with new owners (the Arctic Adventures tour company), this expanding, renovated hotel has a variety of rooms scattered in various buildings, and a dining area serving dinner (mains 2300kr to 3800kr) that includes vegetarian-frendly options. It's at the foot of the Öræfajökull glacier.
