With a sheer rock face topped by a castle bastion as the backdrop to its courtyard, 'Aubergine' has the most dramatic restaurant setting in Esztergom. And its menu doesn’t let the show down either, featuring modern Hungarian dishes (grilled perch, chicken with wild mushroom sauce).
