Aranyhajó Fogadó

Pécs

Aranyhajó Fogadó claims to be Hungary's oldest hotel, and judging by the lovely, listed medieval building it's situated in, we're ready to believe it. The rooms are traditionally furnished and basic, but clean and very neat. It feels like a grandmother's home that could use a revamp, and air-con would be welcome in summer. Otherwise, it's central and good value.
