This very suave restaurant is the place to come if you like to dine in old-world style with a piano softly tinkling in the background. It’s still going strong after almost 135 years at the same location. The goose-liver parfait (3600Ft) is to die for, the goose leg and cabbage (4400Ft) and roasted fogas (pike-perch) iconic.
