Babka has fast become the go-to dining option in Újlipótváros for its excellent dishes, friendly service and hip crowd. It calls itself 'Mediterranean', but the large choice of mezze-style dishes and the eponymous cake from Jerusalem (600Ft) made with chocolate, walnuts and orange put it farther east on our map. The small plate mezze combo (3000Ft) is great value.
