An unexpected charmer on La Esperanza's Parque Central, Papa Chepe's features a wild and wonderful courtyard heaving with plants and flowers surrounded by a series of well-appointed rooms with high ceilings and good hot-water showers (a necessity in this climate). There's a small restaurant at the back, a coffee shop with decent espresso, and arts and crafts for sale.
