Posada Arco Iris

A fine choice in a shady setting behind Half Moon Bay, this Argentine-owned place has very well-presented rooms and apartments with kitchens, all brightened up with weavings and tribal art. You'll pay more for air-con and an ocean view, but for groups it can work out to be reasonably affordable. There is free kayak use for guests and there's an excellent on-site restaurant.
