This is the Honduran favorite, and a reason many city folk come to Tela. Combine grilled lobster sold by weight and dripping with garlic butter with a perfect people-watching spot right on the beach. Other specialties include conch soup and coconut breaded shrimp; dishes come with homemade, hot and crispy coconut bread and an outrageous chunky hot sauce. Very splurge-worthy.
