Ask anyone on the island where you can find Utila's best food and they'll tell you RJ's without hesitation. While that may be due more to the local taste for traditional Caribbean cooking than anything else, this friendly place does excellent pork and seafood dishes, all accompanied by a sea of trimmings. Note the odd opening hours, and come early.
