Despite its distinctly un-Guatemalan name, Kasa Kiwi has quickly established itself as a top player on Xela's hostel scene. Generously sized dorms mean that everyone gets a bed not a bunk, and there are also a handful of private rooms, a kitchen and helpful staff. The relaxed roof terrace-bar clinches the deal, with rare views across the town to the mountains.
