Slightly east of the dock, this is a low-key lodging amid wonderfully lush gardens traversed by Gaudí-esque tiled paths. Stay in homey, pink-tinged rooms or private bungalows and dine on traditional meals with herbs from the garden. Guests may meditate in a thatched-roof hut, swing in various hammocks or sweat in a traditional Maya sauna.
