Almost hidden in the forest, a 10-minute walk along the north shore from the Tikal junction, is this marvelous open-air dining hall. The genial Italian owner-chef blends chaya, a local herb, into his own tagliatelle and panzarotti (smaller version of calzones). There are tempting desserts too.
