Hotel Las Gardenias

Right at the junction with the north-shore road, this cordial hotel/restaurant/shuttle operator has two sections: the wood-paneled rooms at the front are bigger, while those in the rear are appealingly removed from the road. All feature comfortable beds with woven spreads, attractively tiled showers and some porches with hammocks. There's also an on-site restaurant.
