It's worth making the trip slightly off the beaten path to this humble roadside wooden shack. It sells just one thing – outrageously tasty jerk chicken cooked the original Jamaican way. Come early, as they sell out fast. It's about half a mile up the hill from the intersection.

You'll know you're getting close when you see the smoke and smell jerk seasonings thick in the air.
