The old Palaia warehouse district is home to this handsome open-kitchen eatery started by two Greek friends who met at university in Brighton, England. Elias and Dimitris use organic produce and serve local craft beer, Greek wine and cocktails. Expect a subtle twist on old favourites, including fava-bean dip with leek, braised octopus, and pasta with zucchini and goat's cheese.
