Once reserved for underground hideaways and speakeasies, rembetika, the mournful Greek equivalent of the blues, is alive and well at this late-night Trikala hang-out, 600m south of the central river bridge. Live music typically starts around 10.30pm, with good food (perfect mezedhes) and plenty of spirits to go around.
