Aiming higher than the other restaurants hereabouts, Chrisovoulo raises expectations. But it delivers: it prepares creative salads and various delicacies like veal with morel sauce or risotto with siglino (salted pork) from the Mani, all served in an intimate, stylish environment. Service is professional, the sea views fantastic, and there's a serious local wine list.
It's slightly incongruous compared to its taverna-style neighbours, with modern sculptures and mood lighting hanging off the traditional stone walls.
