A gorgeous rustic-chic terrace perched right above Megali Ammos' silvery sands is the setting for elegant Exantas' creative, contemporary Greek cuisine. From courgette-pesto pasta and spring rolls with watermelon dip to glammed-up gyros (meat slithers cooked on a vertical rotisserie), grilled Alonnisos tuna and cheese from Tinos, dishes are expertly executed and highlight local ingredients.
