A creatively reimagined olive-oil factory houses this whitewashed, stone-walled Greek-Mediterranean favourite, 100m inland from the waterfront car park. The menu emphasises fresh local produce given a modern touch, with slow-cooked lamb and goat and classic Skopelos dishes as regular specials.
