Tucked into a moodily converted 100-year-old house where a side (hidden) door once led to the kitchen, mellow yet hugely popular Paraporti mixes Athens-worthy cocktails (€11) served at candlelit tables. It's on a lane 300m inland from the waterfront, opposite To Rodi restaurant (and signposted).
