Yorgos, the fisherman who runs this driftwood beach bar and 'restaurant', lives here year-round; in the summer he prepares his catch for guests on an open fire on the beach. It's really quite spontaneous – he cooks what he's caught, and doesn't do requests. Core months are July to September, but you may be lucky anywhere between May and November.
There are no set hours beyond 'lunchtime' and 'dinnertime', and the ramshackle set-up is hard to find: look for Restaurant Gorgona on the beach side of the main strip, then walk 50m west along the sand.
